Directions to the Park

From the North:

Take 37 South to the Walnut Street exit, which becomes College Avenue. Continue south and take a left at 3rd Street. Go 2 blocks to Washington Street, and turn right. The park will be on your left.

From the East:

Take 46 East (which turns into 3rd Street) to Bloomington. Continue west all the way to Washington Street, then take a left onto Washington Street. The park will be on your left.

Third Street Park is a beautiful and spacious downtown park with many large trees, a stage area and a playground. There is a fountain in the center, with wonderful limestone benches and pillars. Local food, shopping and the public library are all within a few blocks walking distance. The only way to make this picturesque park more attractive is to fill it with art!

 Please note - Google Maps has this park labeled as "The Waldron, Hill and Buskirk Park" while Bloomington Parks and Recreation has it listed as "Third Street Park."
